Jul 20, 2012 · CarTrawler pretends to be a US company but is a intermediate between the Client and Car Rental Company. Their customer service representative is in Ireland. You have to make an international call to reach to a CarTrawler representative. If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours, there is no way you can get a refund.

May 12, 2018 · The investigation ended and I was still charged. CARTRAWLER Claims I never showed up for the rental and that I never provided proof and thus the charges were valid. THRIFTY says CARTRAWLER never inquired with them about the claim and that my reservation was notated with details on why the reservation was cancelled.
