The clerk at Dollar told me to call Cartrawler, to get a refund, which i did, and they brushed me off saying I should talk to Dollar about this issue. Dollar refused to refund me, as they told me that cartrawler did not pay them. I called cartrawler back, and they asked med to create a dispute on their website.
