I have to use CB online for work and I Loathe it. I have to use CB online for work, it's terrible, prone to dropping out mid way through setting up bacs payments then not retaining the payments you had before it crapped out, which wouldn't be so bad but it frequently fails to login on my computer citing service unavailable after timing out on one of the steps.

CBONLINE?! - maybe going back to paper would be best for you, CB. I am one of the Business Banking customers that RBS has offered an incentive to to transfer my account elsewhere. Imagine that ,eh! I selected Clydesdale Bank. Their online portal is absolutely terrible. It is the least intuitive web service I have used in the past year.

I wish I could rate Cbonline as zero stars, but that was not an option, so 1 star it had to be. If we deduct the mandatory star Cbonline would rate at about 0.2 / 5, which seems about right. I agree with many others the 'extra security layer' was not rolled out to customers before the event, and clearly beta testing has not been carried out ...

I filed a complaint saying it's not shown in the app, so I had no idea I was being charged this! Further more, I had a meeting with the bank 3 years before to switch accounts before I was sent on my posting to avoid exactly this issue of crazy fees, and this was the account they recommended!

The new "B" app for the Clydesdale Bank won't open. The new "B" app for the Clydesdale Bank doesn't work and I can't access my bank details. Customer Services checked it through for me and couldn't see any issues as to why it won't open and so I need to contact the "B" team tomorrow as there's nobody working there until Monday morning.
