CD Baby won't do their job. CD Baby won't do their job. I submitted a double CD album, which they have now listed digitally only. I sent the requisite number of CDs to them (5 double CDs) in the format in which I package them, a double clam shell. They have since refused to process my CDs because they claim the CDs lack containers.

No customer service, just lip service. I've now paid them $55 for distribution they are not providing and it's been 2 months. They knew their distribution capabilities were broken when I paid.
