Feb 16, 2018 · WHAT THE HECK???? Come on cellc, after being a loyal customer for 9 years this is the thank you we get.???? I am most certainly cancelling my contract and this stupid expensive insurance. Now I have to be without a cell phone for another 14 business days because CELL C is clearly clueless when it comes to what CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY IS!!!

Sep 16, 2019 · Merrily I went along till the 17th of Jan 08. My phone was completely cut off and unavailable. I contacted Cell C on 17 Jan 08 to lodge a complaint. Customer Service assured me that this problem will be fixed between 24 and 48 hours. They also stated that they will call me back on alternate number as soon as I was "online" again.
