Conexis always says that they have notified Caremark however Caremark has yet to receive notification other than the January 4th cancellation of the old program. To make it more difficult in dealing with Conexis by phone, they must use an out of the country call center where English is a second language and the people are difficult to understand.

Wageworks is the WORST benefits company I have ever had to work with, and I am losing over a thousand dollars due to their incompetence!!! Apr 16, 2014 · I myself have a benefit card and can also file paper claims with CONEXIS as the managing company for my FSA. It's really not that difficult to understand if you get out of the "it's my money and you can't keep it." I went out of my way to learn about Flexible Spending Accounts and what is eligible and what is not. It's on the Conexis website.

Recently lost my job and am desperately trying to get my health insurance extended through the COBRA plan administered by Conexis. Conexis is a Health Savings Account paid for by me through my employer. On 7/19/14 I placed a claim for a medical bill of $41.66. Conexis challenged that the medical charge did not take place during the calendar year 2014- (I couldn't prove differently - easily), so I send a Plan Repayment Check to Conexis to cover the entire $41.66 so that Conexis would remove the suspension from my account.
