Don't bother buying a cell phone from Cellular Choices online (cellularchoices.net) or anyone referring you to the InPhonic rebate program. It's just a big scam, a big come-on. If you want a cell phone, buy it from a phone kiosk or service provider in your local mall or local service provider's wireless store instead.

The stipulation is that you submit all the necessary paperwork between 120-180 days that you started service. So, I submitted my paperwork at the beginning of August and finally on 20 Oct 05 I got my answer. It was a "Rejection" letter.

Consumer Cellular uses the AT&T network, so if Consumer Cellular does not work where you live, AT&T probably won't work either. Your best bet is going to be Verizon or T-Mobile. Verizon is better if you live outside of a major city; T-Mobile is very good in big cities, but not good in rural areas.
