Jul 12, 2012 · Do not use LSI for your Appraisal Management Company. They will take your clients money and provide an inferior product. I used them for my appraisal vendor and lost 4 out of 6 in underwriting due to the poor quality of the appraisal. The value itself had nothing to do with the appraisal.

Appraisal Advisor is the place all these comments need to be placed. It is becoming the de facto standard for lenders to view. The rumor is that OCC has mandated that lenders check this site before using the AMC.

I am an independent appraiser and am currently on their fee panel. This organization is a criminal enterprise. They force me to accept sub market fees and then charge the bank above market for the appraisal and then pocket the difference.
