I have never heard of a mortgage company requiring an insurance company to include them as payee on the claim and then the mortgage company decides when they want to distribute out the remaining funds that are not even their funds to begin with. Cenlar is a sad excuse for a mortgage company.

i have great credit and always pay my bills on time. i hate cenlar!!!! they are a horrible excuse for a mortgage company!! they sent out a delinquent letter to me even though i pay on time and they have cashed all of my checks that were sent to them before the payment is due.
