every time I call the claims guys for… every time I call the claims guys for an update I am told to call back in 4 weeks if I haven't heard anything, 4 weeks roll by and I go through the same process, the HSBC have acknowledge my claim, I have given all the information requested of me, no update, no information, absolutely nothing despite emails, and calls to be told, call back again in 4 weeks.

Oct 21, 2015 · You should make a complaint to The Claims Guys and when they ignore it (they may reply but remember they are not known to be very good on these things), you can then refer your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman. The Claims Guys cold called me and told me I had been mis-sold PPI. I told them I was an IFA and did my own insurances.

I was cold called by a rep of the Claims Guys on my work number and was told I could claim money back. The person I spoke with was clueless and was spouting out lies and misinformation and didnt seem to have a clue about what she was saying.

the claims guys received a PPI cheque (IN MY NAME) from the financial company I was claiming through them against, they cashed said cheque, then kept all the money to pay off other payments they wanted against other recent claims, that as others have mentioned that at 30% + 20% VAT is approaching 40% of the total win, well in my case 99% of it.
