We had Frontier communications phone and internet services and Clear Rate communications took over the area. Consumer reviews about Clear Rate Communications: Ok4me. Feb 9, 2012 Fraudulent company. My friends and family have this service and we are happy with it. We get unlimited calling and everything is included. Besides having static on the line a couple of times in the past couple of years, there haven't been any problems.

Clear Rate account number ***** since April 8, 2019. I've spoken to Clear Rate just about every day. They farm out their line repair to a 3rd party, who then sends a service ticket to someone else.

Since the Clear Rate phone service was offering all the amenities of full service, including long distance & caller ID, for a mere $39.95 a month, my brother paid the first bill. . It took him quite an effort to register on the website to pay online.

A couple days later people were calling us on our cell phone cause they could not reach us on our home phone, i called Verizon and asked if there was a problem in our area cause we have no phone service, they informed me that they are no longer the carrier for our service and that they cannot help me, you need to call your new carrier, Clear Rate.
