2nd time to vist in 12 months The kids love the water park but the food in the hotel is even worse than last year ..the room we got was premium it was lovely & fresh I don't tink we will come back for a 3 rd vist ..the food turns us off as none of our family found any of it nice ..it cost me a fourtune eating out for the week ..were gonna try a 4 star resort with water park included next time..5/5

As others have reported I too have been on hold for customer service for an extended period of time and then just had the call dropped. A terrible company to do business with.
