This was our third stay, we spent four nights and I have no real complaints. The entire complex and particularly the suites are in excellent condition. Very clean and well kept, everything worked.2/5

this is a small and brilliant bed and breakfast. the quaint and beautiful italian oriental-ism house was a very welcoming warm hideaway from the sometimes cloudy fall of victoria. the owner and staff were very very warm, welcoming, and helpful. walking distance to the best of downtown victoria, and short driving distance to all the rest.
