CLV group is the absolute worst rental company you could possibly choose to rent from. They constantly refuse to fix obvious problems, ignore maintenance requests, and all the management staff i have delt with are extremely rude and unwilling to help tenants.2/5(88)

Mar 25, 2016 · CLV GROUP / Horrible Living Conditions. Water is constantly being shut off without notice.. (they claim it to be faulty boiler tanks, which were newly installed in the summer) They even already shuit the water off for 48 hours last week to fix it.)
