Oct 18, 2012 · CLV Group doesn't care. My close friend actually lives in a building that is managed by CLV Group and she is really disappointed. The appartment wasn't even cleaned and ready for her to move in. These guys won't fix anything as well. Beware and don't have anything to do with CLV Group!

Mar 25, 2016 · When complaining, they deny there are any issues - to anyone looking to rent from CLV GROUP - turn around and run - don't walk - RUN and don't look back. Let them go bankrupt. There will be no renewal once the lease is up but if there is any justice, the Landlord and Tenant Board will let us out early due to numerous violations.Author: Sean Mcelroy
