I am one of the Business Banking customers that RBS has offered an incentive to to transfer my account elsewhere. Imagine that ,eh! I selected Clydesdale Bank. Their online portal is absolutely terrible. It is the least intuitive web service I have used in the past year. Type my user ID, emails me a password, webpage rejects the password.

Clydesdale's Business banking is an utter joke Their internet business banking team shut up shop at 6:00pm so heaven help your business if your account gets 'locked' any time after about 5:45 (given the invariable wait for anyone to take your call) as your business then has to grind to a halt too.
