So contacted Clydesdale to get a pin sent out to me. A year and a half later, over 40 odd phone calls and still no pin!! Meaning I could only ever use my card online which wasnt why I needed the credit card! So, they advised me to order a completely new card, cancel the old one and it will all be resolved.
