Nothing but absolute nonsense. Cogeco couldn't care less about you as a customer. Any company that has this many complaints and issues and continues to do nothing about it does so for a reason. Reason being, they don't have to do better because Bell and Cogeco are the only game in town for much of us.

Cogeco customer service were not helpful and seemed indifferent that we were leaving. Bell Fybe definitely gives you better quality TV, faster internet and the telephone is a true land line and not internet dependent. Bell also seem to value your business where Cogeco could care less.
