Jun 26, 2019 · Cogeco used to be a terrific company with excellent customer service. Now it's terrible! I chose Cogeco because Bell was always a nightmare when it came to customer service, but Cogeco is now just as bad - if not worse. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this company.
