College pro had a contract with me for painting which included: 1. lead paint removal 2. defined areas to paint 3. prime and paint exposed wood. The project was not completed, did not deal with lead paint safely, and incomplete painting of defined areas defined in the contract.

The guarantee given by College Pro is worthless. The painters did a slipshod job in repair work for which I paid extra, and it fell apart after about 3 months. There were many promises to fix the problem by the painter and by College Pro, but after many months, absolutely nothing was done (other than to acknowledge that something should be done).4.7/10(57)
