Jul 27, 2009 · I would not recommend anyone to do business with Colonial National Mortgage a.k.a. Colonial Savings located throughout Texas. I obtained a mortgage with them in 2006 and I signed a loan application to do a fixed rate mortgage as I was led to believe this is what I was getting.
