Fees paid are for the time period of January 1 to December 31. Invoices will be mailed or e-mailed to past registered telemarketers in December of each year. After fees are paid electronically, registered telemarketers will have access to the No-Call List for the year 2020. The Colorado No-Call List is updated and posted quarterly.
