247 moneybox is a shambles. To start with 247 moneybox was really helpful and fantastic at sending money within a few hours. However I borrowed a total of 4 loans from them of each every single loan I had paid off weeks before the due date to save interest.

I recently had a complaint upheld by the adjudicator at the ombudsman service and I was due a refund. Only due to lack of communication from 247 moneybox I have been waiting for months!! I have received no communication from them at all but conveniently they rang and left a voicemail the other day to ask if I wanted a loan!!! Fuming!!!

When I rang them customer service informed me that they had taken too much money from me and I was due a £141 refund. This complaint and refund was processed nearly a month ago - before their liquidation - and I have received nothing. Their customer service is utterly appalling, every time you ring up they tell you something different!!!!!
