Mar 18, 2017 · Sorry about the long reply but you need to be aware that Optus don't always jump when TIO are involved. I have just gone through using the TIO after issues with my Optus NBN service. Complaint form was fairly easy to fill in. After sending the TIO some additional info they contacted Optus with my complaints and told me to wait for a reply.
