May 17, 2007 · The complaint will focus on the self dealing actions of the board with many of the same attributes of the FF complaint form last year. In any event, this is good for owners. Wyndham is clearly taking unilateral actions to devalue WorldMark owner's ownerships and proactively thwarting attempts by independents to get elected to the board.

We have been WorldMark owners for years and have (unfortunately) witnessed all of the changes that have been made in favor of the company and against the members. Complaint / review text: I am in need of representation concerning a very large very dishonest corporation by the name of Worldmark by Wyndham/Trendwest. The extremely aggressive sales team lied to me blatantly when I questioned them repeatedly about their cancellation policy.
