Bad coverage at my area Sg. Puyu , Butterworth . Postcode 13020. The signal is keep breaking up when i making calls indoor and most of the indoor place has no signal at all.

I have subsribe digi monthly rm48 in 21 january 2016.. but i get a message from digi that i use rm8 internet a day at 22 january 2016 and deducted from my credit.. how could this happen? And my 1a.m-7a.m super saver also gone.. its still have 5gb internet.. why? Please respon a.s.a.p..

I have also made a complaint that the technician's report which he told me through the phone, does not tally with what their online customer service replied me. Online customer service again blames it on iphone. I am now requesting a proper reply from digi stating the report which confirms it is digi that has bad network at that area.

Apr 13, 2010 · I made a call to DIGI and the biling department called back and said the charges are for Miss-call alert service. When I was in HK, someone called me, and I didn’t answer. So the call was ‘automatically’ diverted to Digi in Malaysia and then Digi Malaysia ‘automatically’ sent me a sms to notify me of the miss-call.
