Mar 19, 2012 · The only issue I've had is intermittent distortion, like a dirty switch/pot on some of my in's. after talking with M-Audio, they said to send it in & they will replace the unit with a new one! How's that for service?? My only real complaint is that the 1010's sound quality is behind the times.
