For those who are complaining, please listen carefully, the $100 ONLY applies to Singapore citizens and PRs to ride them through their quarantine, it is a good move as it's cheaper to contain the virus this way, if anyone is unhappy with this, perhaps he/she should just quarantine for free over 14 days or even 30 days without given a single cent and I shall see if they complain or not.
