The temporary electric pole was originally placed in the utility easement area between the houses, which is what the utility easements are for. After Mr. **** complained about the location TK moved the temporary pole onto our customer’s property. This was done on August 23rd.

TK is definitely a builder that I would NOT recommend. I recently had an experience with them on my house which concerned construction which was not built to code. The issue was that when the roof was abutted to the brick chimney, the proper flashing was not installed, which eventually allowed the roof to leak, damaging all the plywood underneath and eventually leaking through into my living room.3/5(2)
