Sep 20, 2004 · Stainsafe told me to go to a glass company and found out how much it would cost to replace the panel. The Glass stores told me because I have a special italian engraving on the panel they would not be able to duplicate the pattern. I contact Stainsafe and provided the information. I explain to the representaive I did not want mix match glass panel.
