I've used the rustoleum restore 10x on 2 decks, my uncles and mine, both have stood up very well to the Midwest winters.(going on 3yrs now) That being said I'm told there is a class action lawsuit going on with rust oleum for inaccurate information on the product lifespan, on mobile or I'd try and source this other than the rustoleum rep.
