Softmoc comes across as a store you can't lose at. they have free shipping and also boasts of free returns (with an asterix). So when making a purchase and receiving the order, I wanted to return the shoes as it should be hassle free and free of cost.

Softmoc claims to give employees commission but it does not actually exist. Employees are given a base pay of well below minimum wage with the idea they will make enough in commission to meet and surpass minimum wage. Everything you sell you get pennies for, it is impossible to make enough sales to ever actually see any "commission".1/5(109)

Softmoc Products Garbage. Softmoc sells very expensive, defective products that don't last and they won't stand behind their 1 year warranty. I bought pair of slippers for $100 that fell apart within 6 months completely and Softmoc would not replace them or honor the warranty.

Most Recent Customer Complaint. I ordered a pair of ****** shoes (Size 3) on Softmoc's website and picked it up in store (Location: 240 Leighland Ave, Unit 243, Oakville, Ontario) on Apr.4th,2019. It was night time and I was in a bit rush so I didn't open the box to check the conditions of the shoes in store.

SoftMoc, just SPEND THE MONEY and put up more job ads instead of holding onto toxic employees because there are not enough applicants. Just SPEND THE MONEY so that we can have an adequate break room and not be forced to sit on the dirty floor or continue to stand after standing all day.
