So no SoftMoc my package WAS NOT delivered to my house like your robot customer services agents kept drilling into me. This was an opportunity for this company to shine but instead they failed miserably and chose to believe UPS over their customer. I will not be forgetting this experience nor will I be shopping at SoftMoc again.

Softmoc Products Garbage. Softmoc sells very expensive, defective products that don't last and they won't stand behind their 1 year warranty. I bought pair of slippers for $100 that fell apart within 6 months completely and Softmoc would not replace them or honor the warranty.

Most Recent Customer Complaint. I ordered a pair of ****** shoes (Size 3) on Softmoc's website and picked it up in store (Location: 240 Leighland Ave, Unit 243, Oakville, Ontario) on Apr.4th,2019. It was night time and I was in a bit rush so I didn't open the box to check the conditions of the shoes in store.

I have been customer of Softmoc for… I have been customer of Softmoc for over 2 yrs & bought at least 10 pair of shoes for our family. They carry large selection of the shoes, boots & sandals etc. I like shopping there because it’s easy to order online & returns them if it doesn’t fit.
