Oct 27, 2018 · All the complaints about ACN are true. I am very sucessful business woman that decided to give it a try. The customer service is horrendous, you wait on hold for hours. Myself and reps under me did not get our phones for 6 months. Bonuses were not paid as promised.When we finally got the phones there was nothing but problems.

I signed contract for high speed internet with ACN Two weeks later one technician from Rogers visited me and said they dont install, only activate the service. After the visit no service in the router. Several calls to ACN and finally other Rogers Tech visited and activated the line.1.8/5(38)
