No Point in Appealing to APCOA. I parked at a rail station in March and believed I had paid APCOA on my mobile. When I got the Parking Charge Notice a month later with a £100 fine (reduced to £50 if I paid within 14 days), I wrote immediately to the Appeal address for APCOA explaining that I thought I had paid and sending a photo of the phone call made on my mobile on that date.
