May 22, 2018 · After submitting another complaint ticket (7 in total) I received a response claiming I needed to dispute the charges with my credit card company for a refund as I was not receiving my order as bidz.com was not doing business with that supplier any longer. My order was cancelled.

Then when you contact Bidz.com and ask them to refund your purchase they charge an expensive restocking fee. So you $100 for what looks like an expensive peace of jewelry, you get a crappy piece of jewelry worth probably $5 and then when you get a refund you still have to pay $15 for restocking!

Dec 17, 2018 · I bought a "Remedy Comfort Touch Memory Foam Pillow" through Bidz.com, and was highly disappointed. The shipping cost was outrageous, and the pillow itself is not at all like real memory foam, more like a cheap immitation.
