The service time taken by CGFNS is just ridiculous. They take one month time just to update status of document to receive status after all documents are delivered to CGFNS. This is unjustifiable. Whenever I make a call to them, their answer is they receive tons of applicants and that is normal.

Dec 04, 2006 · Continue to call CGFNS customer service and give them the hard core info about how you feel and ask them how you can go forward and file you complaint. I am pretty sure it will work. As i also paid for CGFNS for one of their services and when things turned out like yours, i never let them go, though i had to be persistent.

Ten weeks have gone by since the last document they received and not once for over 10 weeks did CGFNS even look at my file, they have also had the insolence to REJECT THE DOCUMENTS THAT WERE SENT TO THEM SINCE 2007 THAT THEY APPROVED BEFORE.
