When she said that she is only 17 and will be 18 in a few months, the employee changed her date of birth in the contract and said is not a problem.

Complaint / review text: On 08-25-2004 I was contacted by a sales person from a Bally's Club saying I won a free week to workout. I went to the club to accept my week pass and was talked into signing up for a 30 day money back guarantee deal.

Then she received a letter from Bally about the transfer and was informed that she could cancel the membership by visiting the office in person.
