I bought a CyberPowerPC and like many other people here my computer wouldn't work when it arrived. I had to send it back and again when they I got it again it didn't work. Any attempt to reason with CyberPowerPC Customer Service has resulted in retaliatory actions and further unexplainable delays. I am now at the point of filing a Better Business Bureau complaint to see if they can intercede. On 11/29/19 (Black Friday) I ordered a custom made computer & accessories from CyberPowerPC, totaling just over $4,300.00.
