Jun 04, 2010 · For example (this is not based on any actual resort) say one week at one resort will cost 155 points. Sun-Thurs cost 19 points per night and Fri and Sat cost 30 points per night. Well, DVC is noticing a huge increase in member weekday visits but the weekends are ghost-town.

The DVC facilities of the beach club are located in the back of the property in their own building and their views are pretty restrictive which is one complaint we do have. Disney reserved all the good views in the complex for non-DVC buildings. Rooms are interior corridor with setups much like Saratoga Springs and Boardwalk.
