Vanessa-AWFUL. The food, the customer service, everything. Awful. The whole experience was the opposite of Convenient. I signed up, went to choose my meals, and first, was told my first shipment wouldn't arrive for over a week, because I missed a cut-off time that was posted nowhere on the site, and I couldn't cancel at that point.
