Nightmare Company should come with a WARNING. Absolute nightmare and you have been warned..... I booked flights with e dreams Tuesday to fly out Saturday got my confirmation all was ok, I never normally would do anything other than check in .To my absolute horror I got an email 2 days later to say that my flights had now gone up from €145 to € 269.44 because they operate on live availability.

The problem is currently unresolved Edreams helpline don't seem to want to help sort problems, but are happy to provide information they seem unable or unwilling to resolve issues. Edreams has a head office in Spain which I would suggest would be a better way to contact them to resolve an issue.

Far sleazier than most. Thieves. After entering all of my credit card information on an accepted price, one that had gone through several screens (this was for an airline fare), edreams JACKED THE PRICE £100!!! right before the "purchase" button.

i have been contacted edreams via… i have been contacted edreams via Messenger few times in a few days time for a same matter, they are able to take note of my problem , but unable to provide prompt solution. i am still waiting the reply on the refund matter. the email sent to service center , which is provided by the suport team, is invalid.

After my trip, based on option I bought from eDreams, I asked eDreams to refund the fee I paid to Delta (about 800 USD for 2 people) for the date change. EDreams reaction was very unattentive. The first 6 months, there was a very slow response (after several emails, they finally asked to send supporting document which I did).
