Just because there are bad reviews does not mean they should be avoided - every business gets bad reviews. Check out Tesco...they get millions of bad reviews, but then there are 10's of millions more who are happy.

To add insult to injury, they then took all customer service offline, and are ignoring all complaints. #boycottiflorist. Never, EVER use this company! I ordered some flowers to be delivered to my brother's address in the US on 21st July. I was guaranteed delivery on 22nd July and then 23rd and 24th July and the flowers were never delivered.1/5(3)
