It seems the only problem you have is that Ola Holidays were slightly more expensive than booking direct (often the case when you book via agents). Apart from that there don't seem to be any other issues. Forget it and move on. Most importantly, have a great holiday. Edited: 7 years ago

I had the worst experience with Ola Cabs on Sunday 15th February 2015 . . I had to be at the Bangalore Airport at 5 am and had booked an Ola cab the previous day for a car to reach my residence at 4 am. The Ola driver called at 3 10 am and took the address, he called again at 3 50 and took more directions and did not arrive until 4 10 am.
