Chase and Priority Club reward points program is a scam. The hotels have gone from requiring 10, 000 points for a free stay...to 25, 000! My Points are basically worthless now. They enticed me to transfer balances to their Priority Club Visa and open Chase bank accounts for points. Within 6 MONTHS those same points are not worth half of what they were.

I called priority pass to let them know and ask how they can justify charging 35 bucks + per person ( two of us) and they explained priority pass is a third party only and don’t own each lounge. I thought the followup and accountability for customer service at priority pass was disappointing- so did my husband.

Aug 11, 2010 · It just had that quaint, warm, welcoming feel that I find from Priority Club Family hotels. I asked for a taxi number, didn't have time for the free trolley offered, and Linda called the taxi for us due to our time schedule. The room was comfortable and interesting, such fun decor! The bathrooms are small, but this adds to the charm of the hotel.5/5
