Cons. I didn't think toxicity like this existed in real life. I have never encountered a worse place to work. Apparently ShopNBC is swimming in money and doesn't need repeat customers because the customer service people are rude and unhelpful. And if you ever have to call the billing department, keep your blood pressure pills handy.

Mar 27, 2012 · terrible customer service. The same thing happened to me. I set up value pays through paypal. I always had plenty of money in my account. However shopnbc started calling and treating me very rude. The manager was the worse. I told him that I have done everything on my end I don't know why you did not process a payment.

Dec 17, 2004 · I tried calling ShopNBC to see if they have any leverage since they still sell Viscom products on the air, and those calls went nowhere as well. After three exhaustive calls to ShopNBC, explaining my dilemma each time, I was assured that my complaint would be referred to "corporate customer service" and they would personally contact Viscom.

Evine now does hard inquiries on value pays. I have been a loyal customer since it was shopnbc. I never missed a payment when on value pays before plus when it was shopnbc and shophq they never did a hard inquiry. Evine did not mention that if I proceed with this value pay that they would do a hard inquiry. I wasn't buying a car or a house.1.8/5(139)
