Personally, my major complaint with RCI is the way that they conduct business using their deceitfully underhanded, high-pressure sales tactics. Apr 25, 2019 · THIS is ourageous as I have already paid for 3 certificates that I no longer can use and RCI wants me to pay more money!!! RCI travel will not refund your money plus if you do not use the packages within two years you lose the certificate. RCI did offer to buy back the resort package $1300 each but they make you buy another package for $3400.
