Dec 31, 2019 · It is my understanding that Oceania does not allow agents to discount the official quoted price but they are allowed to provide some perks. Those may include OBC, PPG or a "rebate" where they share some of their commission. The latter amount varies from agent to agent and is generally only listed in the email and not on invoice as noted above.
