Moose Mobile, my service provider has informed me that they have been handling a large amount of similar complaints since the cancellation of the Optus 2G service. If Optus is unable, or unwilling to ensure a 3G signal to my house, are there any other telcos that might help me, and my neighbours who also have the same problem.

I would give optus zero out of five, but there's no rating for that. Made the mistake of using optus for NBN and home phone, up until the point where I couldn't take any more of them and switched to Aussie Broadband. NBN and phone would drop out completely on many occasions, for no reason.

Mar 18, 2017 · I have just gone through using the TIO after issues with my Optus NBN service. Complaint form was fairly easy to fill in. After sending the TIO some additional info they contacted Optus with my complaints and told me to wait for a reply. About a week later I got an email from the Optus rep assigned to deal with the complaint.
