Does anyone have a random wall in their garden and what is the reason that was given to you? Apparently it’s there because we’re higher up than our neighbours and they can’t knock it down because they’d have to dig the foundations out... has anyone tried to make a feature out of it?

I have already lodged a complaint to Taylor Wimpey customer services, who's attitude in their reponse seem to be 'You have bought the house, we have got your money, so get on with it'. The whole episode of collecting the keys, to the house I purchased, on Saturday 29th June, is one I wish to forget.

Taylor Wimpey do not appreciate your custom and they certainly don't respect and value you as a customer - irrespective of the SIGNIFICANT sum of money that you pay for their product. Absolutely awful - nothing positive at all to say about the customer service at Taylor Wimpey.

Taylor Wimpey took responsibility (section 278 planning agreement) of the public highway leading to it's new housing estate Oaklands Grange whilst building the houses. It half built an unlit, unmarked raised concrete traffic island in the middle of a dark lane where the street lights weren't working.
